Recordbox 6.0 latency settings?

Hi, So i recently bought a whole brand new dvs setup with a brand new gamer spec laptop and i'm getting pretty serious lag and slow downs at 6-7ms latency. It pretty much destroys my mixes.

I'm wondering the standard latency settings others use with a DJM-450 & if anyone else experiences bad lag or any fixes? (i've pretty much done every performance optimisation suggestion & all latest drivers/firmware installed). 

I require a low latency because I'm heavily into scratching and need responsive cuts.

Any ideas/suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
