Linking issue Ableton Live to Rekordbox

I am glad that the time (=BPM)  sync is possible between Ableton Live and Rekordbox now but it somehow does not communicate the 1 of each beat to the other program.

So when i am setting a 4 bar loop in Rekordbox and simultaneously play a beat in Ableton, they are the same pace but eg the KICKS do not match. In fact, neither program waits until beat 1 to initialise playing when triggered before. 

Normally, this should work such as playing samples alongside each other in Ableton itself: one sample is playing => you trigger the parallel sample => the triggered sample "waits" until the next BEAT 1 and then plays simultaneously and completely matched in parallel. 

PLEASE HELP ME, maybe i just need to tick a box or so....

and yeah, i m using rekordbox together with my new DDJ-1000.
