Rekordbox crashed and now not recognising databases on portable drives.

Rekordbox crashed on me yesterday and ever since it has looked like this.

 

I tried reinstalling the software. For a short while it looked normal but it wouldn't pick up the database on my SD card or USB. After restarting the software it went back to looking like the below. It still isn't picking up any of the music on either drive.

 

One drive is in FAT32 the other in exFAT. Rekordbox 6.6.5 on windows. Gigabyte G5 MD laptop.
