Rekordbox Lyric, extended desktop monitor flickering

I have Rekordbox lyric running on my extended desktop monitor in full screen mode and the monitor flickers every now and then. I have all the latest windows 10 updates installed and the latest Lenovo laptop video drivers installed and still the problem exists! The monitor works perfectly until Rekordbox lyric is in full screen mode. My laptop mire than exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Lyric. Please advise how to fix this issue as I’m running out of ideas? Thanks Jon
