DDJ 1000 - one ear doesn't work
One ear of my headphones suddenly stopped working. I tried to plug in different headphones, but they work the same way. It doesn't matter if I use smaller or larger jack or even another laptop, still only left ear working. I have reinstalled the latest firmware, but that doesn't help either. There is no split cue function on ddj 1000, so no chance of accidentally turning it on.
Help please, Pioneer!!

Sorry but it sounds like a possible hardware issue - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Have you tried using the other port?
Does the master output still work on both channels?
Of course. I tried both ports and different headphones.
Cue/master both work only in the left ear of headphones.
