Headphones only one side working

Im only getting audio out of one side of my Head phone when connected to my DDJ RB not sure why as it was working not week ago. 

It is also very soft  even though i have the headphone volume to its max. 

I have tried to set it back to default setting to see if it resolve the issue but no luck 

Please assist
