XDJ RX3 Firmware Update Issue

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to update the firmware on my RX3 to 1.13, however everytime i try the update wont start automatically when put into update mode and the USB is inserted into slot 1. The USB is correctly formatted but it just stays on the "connect USB storage device to USB Port 1"

 

Has anyone else had this issue at all and if so is there a fix?

make sure the filename on the USB is EXACTLY XDJRX3.UPD. If you ever had a previous version in your downloads it may have added a number like XDJRX3_1.UPD
also use smaller sized usb drives that are 32GB or below, I believe ppl had issues with larger drives doing the update
