[Solved] DDJ RX suddenly stops working
I have Macbook Pro 13'' (2012-mid) with ssd and 8 gb ram.
I am having this issue , when I am playing from rx, it lags and it's completely unresponsive except trim volume but track still playing. to fix this it is needed to restart rekordbox dj and rx. i tried use rx with an another macbook pro 13'' and i got the same problem

Does the factory reset solve this Problem?
After factory reset my rx lags again but for a few seconds..So today i go my rx to the service and i am waiting to learn what is the problem...When i learn what the issue is, i will write it here in the forum..I have read that many people have the same problem and in serato with sx etc,but noone knows the solution...I am wondering if pioneer knows about this problem,and if they make an update to solve this...
Your problem is usb 2.0 in combination with and old pc/os.
Get a laptop with usb 3.0 and the problems will go away.

Thank you for the answer but my problem is not with the jog wheel..My problem is that my rx suddenly stops responding but the tracks continue plays until it finish...And then i must turn off my rx and turn on again to start playing again...
Try to connect to another USB ports of your PC or change another USB cable.
Hello everyone.After a long time, i solve my problem..I try a different usb cable special for dj controllers (price 20-30euros) and my rx is full working with no laggs.Thank you Tom for your advice..
