XDJ RX wont connect

To be honest im pretty fkn dirty. 

2g on a controller and 200 on a program and im jumping through hoops to try and connect. Its pretty poor to be honest.

My xdj hooked up to my last pc running windows 8 and version 3. somthing. Im now on a new pc with windows 10 and verions 5 and the latest firmware on my controller. I have firwall off and a direct connection with lan. It still won connect.
What else do i have to do? ive run through ur forums and it shouldn't be this tough to connect.
