Rekordbox doesn't show linked controller channels when connected

Wondering if anyone might be able to help...I've been using my XDJ-RX with RB for a couple of years, but recently haven't been able to connect the two properly.

The LINK button will show up, it is clickable and glows as if connected but the two channels on the XDJ don't show up, and the library doesn't show up on the controller.

Firmware and software are updated to the latest versions. Nothing else connected. Tried turning WiFi off. Nothing seems to have changed in settings...
