CDJ 2000 Nexus is really slow and enters emergency loop, might be an USB problem,
Hello all,
First I want to give my detailed specs in order to get better help troubleshooting:
Windows 8.1 64 bit
2 CDJ 2000 Nexus (1.25v)
DJM 900 Nexus (v1.310)
USB HP 32 GB Flash Drive v250w
My setup is all hooked via Pioneer PRO DJ Link. When I start my equipment, in the first song it takes like 20 seconds to load and in the first couple of minutes it goes into Emergency Loop and the usb has a red light blinking. This happens in both CDJs, so I dont think its a deck issue.
Is there any list of Pioneer-friendly USBs that I can find to try those? Thank you for your help.

Actually most USB's are OK, but not all ideal. Try a few different that you have lying around and if the problem persists you can rule out the USB factor. Personally I use Supertalent Pico since 7 years and never had any problems or long load times. My emergency stick is an old Verbatim and it actually performs as good as the Supertalent's.
Make sure you re-format them and do a fresh Rekordbox export with just a few songs.
