DDJ-SX2 not powering on (controller <28 days new)
My DDJ-SX2 has decided it won't turn on. The power adaptor seems it could likely be the issue but there is no way for me to find out as I don't have another power adaptor to test and see.
I've tried different power outlets and all produce the same result. I purchased this controller brand new less than a month ago and it has very light use - no marks/scratches - practically in brand new condition sitting on the same table since I got it new.
Any ideas?

Try connecting only the USB cable - no power, and see if anything illuminates at all. If not, then it's a hardware fault for sure, in which case either contact the retailer or please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
