Pioneer DJ DM-50D-BT-W 5-inch (Right Speaker not working)

Hello, I recently purchased the speakers above from Amazon. The right speaker is not working, even though I cut the speaker wire. And I connected multiple times, I had the same problem another had a year ago but they never responded. Any help would be amazing, thank you so much and have a good day.
