Problem organizing music with Xdj-Rx

when I load my usb into my Rx I'm still getting multiple artist with the same name. Why does it show 3 or 4 artist files for Catz 'n Dogz (for example)? I've gone though in rekord box and they all seem the same. 

Also is there a way so that my folders aren't showing up with my artist? I've made folders for compilations but they still appear when searching artist  

Please help, I spent over a hour going through last night organizing all my artist.
