Djm 450 usb output showing louder on left than right in rekordbox

Hi, when I connect my djm 450 to rekordbox via usb, the recordings are louder on the left channel than the right. I have done a test and when I record via the master out and a different usb interface in audacity the left and right are balanced. Any ideas why it is unbalanced in rekordbox? Thanks.
