Headphone not working
Hi guys,
I read thousands of posts but none of it helped me out, so here we go.
1 - I have a DDJ-RB and an S-DJ50x monitor. When I run RekordBox, the monitor does not work through the controller. It just works through the MacBook Air. I mean, if I plug the cable monitor-controller, the monitor doesn't work. If I plug the cable monitor-mac, the monitor works. So basically the sound is coming from the mac. Could help me to set the things better?
2- Most important: the headphones are not working as well. I have updated the firmware and everything seems to be ok, but the cue is not working on my phones.

I just bought 3 items from Pioneer and this is the customer service I get. Amazing!
@Matheus > Sorry about the delay. If you're running High Sierra, you need to disable the driver security in order for the driver installation to take place. Follow these steps:
- download and install the drivers
- disable the driver security in the preferences
- install the drivers again immediately
