Songs keep Duplicating

Since the new update. I've noticed that certain songs keep duplicating when I'm rearranging the playlist. it also renames the file that I'm trying to move. For example.

if I move "Summertime" to a lower or higher position in the playlist, it gets renamed as "all the way up"

When I try to delete the file it still remains. After restarting both the computer and program. The problem still persists afterwhile, just in a different track. I find when I remove the song from my HD I can then delete the file from RecBX.
