recorderbox v6

hello I had tried to go to v6 its not working to good the problem is it did not ask me to convert librauy I went to file libraurey it ask me if I want to go from ver 5 or earilier to 6 something like that but what happens is that is it triple my playlists and then when I went to try it it would say file not found what is the proper way to do this to convert over to 6 please help I have the creative plan also and when I also try I get some warning saying there is no app to work with this does someone out there know how to do this right to switch over and work like I said I get triple playlist of the same I have 20754 tracks in collaction and it said it tripled which is wrong please help
