XDJ-RX freeze when connected to windows laptop

 When I first received my XDJ-RX, I didn't have any problems connecting my laptop via USB cable. If I'm not mistaken my windows version was 8.1 then. Several months later, I tried to connect my laptop again and the XDJ-RX would freeze and I can't open rekordbox on my laptop. I believe my windows version was 10 at this point. I had downloaded all the necessary drivers and etc. 

I tried uninstalling my laptop's USB drivers, rekordbox, Pioneer MIX ASIO and Pioneer XDJ-RX windows driver. I even tried to factory reset my laptop. I've contacted my manufacturer's support. I've tried updating my BIOS and chipset drivers. All my USB drivers are up to date. Still didn't work. I've tried almost everything possible and there is still no solution. 

I checked my device manager, and it shows that there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the Pioneer XDJ-RX MIDI driver when I plug in my laptop. I've tried uninstalling the midi driver and reconnecting my laptop. Doesn't work. I have attached a screenshot of my device manager page. Please assist.
