DDJ 1000 SRT lights not working.

Went to turn on my DDJ-1000 SRT today and something strange happened, it showed the firmware load up on the small screen but then did nothing, no more lights, jog wheel displays are inop, none, of the buttons light up, Nothing! Turn it off again disconnect the power, wait plugged it back in, turned it on Same as before, show 1.02v on the small screen then nothing, got it to boot up in firmware mode and reloaded the firmware, still same results. I also tried to boot it in utility mode but Thst also didn’t work, is there was au to factory reset without using the utility mode? Any ideas or suggestions?

If you're using macOS Big Sur but are not running the Serato DJ Pro 2.5.0 beta, it won't work as expected. You also need to ensure the drivers were installed properly.

Hello DJ Natural.. this happened to me too.. the performance pads no longer light up.. when i set a hot cue.. or the play and cue button doesn't flash green or orange when i load a track.. the performance pads just stay a white color.. by any chance did you find anything that fixed it..? Their is no hardware damage.. im thinking its a software bug or something.. I am running the latest firmware 1.02v and driver 3.0 for a iMAC OS big sur.. I tried factory reset.. but still having the same issue.. please help pioneer DJ support...
