DDJRZ new recording issue with Rekordbox update
https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=pMch5TdkNyM
I set the two songs at -2, you can see as I cross fade they stay at -10
on the master level. When I leave the cross fader in the middle it jumps
up to -7 on the master level, but stats at -2 on the channels.
Cross fade out and it drops back to -10.
I also replicated this on the XDJRX connected to Rekordbox
and recording a mix. In audacity you can see the spike in the
waveform when the mix is happening them back to normal.

@Rick > When you have two songs being played at the same time, their waveforms can sum and actually spike MUCH higher than simply the combined volume of the two songs (which would be higher anyhow), or they can invert and cancel each-other out, making the monitored level much lower.
The channel levels indicate the incoming track level (pre-fader), the master indicates the level everything being sent to the master output post-master knob.
I don't see anything as being wrong with the way this is performing - it's perfectly normal.
I just noticed that it went up to -4 at one point
