I am having an issue with my jog wheel. When I try to scratch, spin back and/or slow down the music the jog wheel won't work. The only function working on the jog wheel is to stop the music when I press the platter down. I see many issue with sensitive jog wheels but in my case it seems to be the opposite. Can someone help me with this problem?

when you turn the jog wheel, you are turning a set of plastic wheels.  More than likely you have damaged wheels.  Call tech support and take your CDJ to an authorized repair shop.  should be an easy fix. (the push down on the platter works because its is a different part).
