DDJ-RB : Help me with my bugs PLEASE

Hi Hi, 

I'm new to Rekordbox (I bought a ddj-rb today and have been setting it up) and I have two bugs I need help with.

1. bpm does not always show what it is, the number will just not be there or only a little bit of it so i cannot see what the bpm is

2. the time remaining/elapsed is blanked out by a grey rectangle and i can only see the last digit.

Please help as this is frustrating me.

i am using rekordbox 4.3.1 with a brand new ddj-rb
