CDJ-2000 Vinyl Brake doesn't work with Rekordbox Performance DJ
The vinyl brake feature on the CDJ-2000 is no longer available when the players are connected to Rekordbox Performance Mode. If I press the vinyl brake function, the song playing instantly stops.

@Shawn > Even with the CDJ-2000 as a controller, I believe that you currently need to adjust that setting within rekordbox, under Preferences > Controller > Deck > Vinyl Speed Adjust.
