The rekordbox .xml file specified is unable to be read properly

Don't know why this is not working now. 

Workflow is following:

Add tracks to Serato 

make create 

analize

add cue points 

make playlist

save

open rekordbuddy copy playist to Rekordbox playlists

save rekordbuddy

open Rekordbox drag playlist into collections / playlists 

Rekord buddy does NOT see playlist.

if I try to open rekordbox .xml I get "The Rekordbox .xml file specified is unable to be read properly

Any help here?
