HELP!!! Rekordbox DJ Licence has dissapeared??
Really hoping someone can provide some swift help on this.
I have had the DDJ RZ now since release, it's worked nigh on flawlessly and the software has been great. However went to switch on tonight and my Rekordbox DJ has gone. There was an update which ran on Rekordbox but that seems to have wiped my DJ licence. Can't understand why.
I can't find my licence key either to re enter it. I thought it was on the back of the unit but that has 31 characters and not 29 as required. I have tried dropping the last two characters but that doesn't work.
It's doing my head in!
Can anyone help please as I need to use the software and controller tomorrow night. Almost bought another licence out of desperation but thought there's no way I should be doing that having spent £1800 on a controller!

@Nick > If you go to KUVO.com and login with the account to which you registered your rekordbox license, click Connect then click the License List button, you'll see a pop-up window with your license key listed and any computer that registered it.
Your license key should be in your email, unless you deleted it.
I wouldn't have got the licence key in an email though as the licence came with the controller. I think you only get an email if you buy it online.
