Sampler issue for DDJ 400
I have recently acquired a new DDJ 400 controller. I'm using rekordbox version 6.1.1. The sampler feature does not work properly. When I select a new loop in my track to trim it then I drag and drop this sample into a new sampler slot, it appears that the loading does not work. I can 't see the sample into the sampler bank on the software. Could you give me hints on this issue. Thanks in advance.

this was doing the same for me too.
What fixed it was changing the location of the Sampler files to my external hard drive. PREFERENCES>CONTROLLER>SAMPLER>CAPTURE>LOCATION OF FILES
I dont think there was a folder created in the default location so maybe creating one manually there would help too.
