Can anyone help - CDJ400

I'm new to the use of CDJ mixing even though they have been around for a while...I need help I have noticed with several tunes that I have brought and downloaded that they are mixed in perfect with the pitch reading the same on each CDJ (say pitch on both is set at 5:40)...Is there something I've done wrong with downloading & burning them to disc??...could it be something to do with the CDJ?? or is it just the fact that the tracks have been produced with the same BPM?? (say 150)...I mixed with vinyl for years and never once noticed pitches being the same on any occasion this is the reason for my question

Can anyone help??

@Trevor > I read your post twice but I'm not sure what the problem is...?  Can you elaborate?

Trevor Russell

Hi Pulse sorry I'm not very good at explaining things lol...I'm a hardhouse DJ just lately I have been using some newer tracks...I set the pitch at 6:40 on both CDJ's to find that the 2 tracks I was playing was perfectly mixed without having to move the pitch on the one I wanted to bring in is this normal?? Is it down to the BPM's being the same on the 2 tracks??

Pulse

Yes, possible that the tracks were mastered at the same BPM.
