Rekordbox does not update the playlist on the USB drive

I use rekordbox 4.2.2. It is possible that this has already been discussed in the forum, but did not find a similar topic ...

I have a problem with updating the playlist. A simple example: I created a playlist, added 5 tracks, then sync playlists. Everything is OK. When I add a song to the playlist, click the sync playlist, it is also fine. Playlist is updated with this one song.

BUT when I update the tags tracks in rekordbox for example, title or album or song rating, and I would like to update the playlists with this information - I can not. Sync option won't work. This is really bad....

Could someone explain to me why I can't update this information?
