No low EQ on channel 1 after upgrading RX2 to latest firmware

Hey, I upgraded my RX2 firmware to version 1.37 and the low EQ from channel 1 sounds almost completely off in standalone mode. Channel 2 sounds good as always, but the other one has almost no bass whatsoever. This was a problem the last time I played at a club because the sound just wasn't good like it always was before upgrading the firmware.
Hope you can help me with this. Thanks.

@Alonso > It could simply be coincidental timing; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.

I've called and spoken to Pioneer and they say its most likely a hardware issue - the pot may need replaced or re soldered.

It worked perfectly fine before upgrading, so I don’t think the problem is hardware related.

Hey, I just wanted to say that I haven't had any issues after that night. I'm now sure it was a hardware problem indeed, and it was probably because of a static problem that would've been fixed by turning the machine off and on.

I'll be in touch if the problem is still present in the future.
Thanks for your feedback and advices.
