Headphone Cue buttons DDJrb

I've just received my new DDJ-RB controller and am having issues with using the controller with headphones. When headphones are plugged into the controller they constantly play the master volume even when the master button isn't lit and neither are the two cue buttons. For example, if track one is playing through the master volume and i select the cue 2 button I can still hear the master volume as well as the cue volume.

Another problem I am having is with the accuracy of the bpm slider whilst using rekordbox, is there a way to make the slider more accurate so I could set the tempo at for example 127.00 rather than only 127.03 or 126.95.
