Freezing and loud sound XDJRX

In the short time that I've owned this unit there have been multiple problems in quite short I'm not happy with my purchase. I have a constant issue of freezing buttons being unresponsive loading time taking extra long for the tracks. I was just making a mix on the very last track of my mix the CUE buttons freeze up and then a loud long beep sound emitted from the controller. Nothing would make the sound stop extremely obnoxious and power off did not even stop the sound I had to physically unplug the machine which ruined my mix not a happy customer.
