Hi,

I have a brand new machine - only RekordBox installed.  

Windows 10

16Gb ram

64 bit op system

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 x 6 core

ASUS ROG strix RX570 4 Gb Graphics Card.

Rekordbox hangs EVERY use after about 10mins.  The tracks keep playing but I cannot see the screen graphics - nor press any button.  It requires a Task Manager to terminate the app - where it restarts again fine....for 10mins!

Any ideas?

AMD processors are not supported, sorry.

I think it might be the fact that Rekordbox is stated to NOT support AMD processors properly. Maybe this has changed in recent updates as it was a while ago i read that info.

Ummm....it should still work.  I haven't come across any software that hasn't worked yet!

I actually think it is the graphics card.  I have now noticed if I only plug in only one screen to the graphics card and not use the split screen mode - that it takes far longer before it fails.

It maybe the graphics engine - any further ideas?

@Nick > Sorry, most DJ software says "May not work as intended" and the hardware requirements list only Intel processors. So I'm sorry, but all other considerations aside, you're using an AMD processor which is not supported.
