[CLOSED] DDJ ERGO Pitch Control Problems

I'm having problems with my pitch control on the left side of the controller.

If I drag the pitch control to the center, instead of the BPM going up, it goes down.

Let's say I start with the BPM at 128.  If I drag it down, the BPM will go to BPM 115 instead of 129-132.

I didn't encounter this problem with the right pitch control.

The problem is the same for both Serato Intro and Virtual Dj.

Help please.
