Rekordbox 3 vs Mixvibes Cross Dj 3 key detection

Hey guys...

I just got the Mixvibes Cross Dj 3.0.1 and I notice that the Keys on the same tracks are different. 

Let's say on Rekordbox is show "F" but in Cross Dj shows "Fm" and if you want to change the key in few seconds it goes back to the same key."Fm"

Can somebody tell me how to get the key info from Rekordbox to Cross Dj ?

2-nd ....

The sync Cross --> Rekordbox not working. 

I tried everything what has to be., but still the same.
