XDJ-R1 - Low audio output to speakers
Already emailed support but hoping for a quicker response, unit is connected to EV ELX active speakers, sound output is very low even with the master volume close to max, swapped cables but did not fix the problem, used a different unit (Traktor S2), no issues, reconnected the R1, same low audio issue, same music files used for both units, 320 mp3 analyzed and imported with their respective software, both units are in flight cases and well taken care of.

Have you tried CDs, just curious if they worked at regular volume? You best bet is to contact tech support.
