SP16 - Midi program change at pattern level please

Please add this. Note that i'm not asking it at a step level ;-))))

At scene level right now, it means that you have to change scene to change a midi patch. More if i want my excellent SP16 to control pattern change of my excellent digitakt (hints, hints), i have to switch scene... no... you need to address this ;-)) thanx for reading :-)
