Plx 500 connectivity

i am trying to explain this however my english and terms aren't that good but bassicly what i want to ask if there is going audio through usb since i want to connect my speakers to my pc and my plx aswell and then hear the audio to my pc connected speakers since i don't have an audio interface. thanks
