DJM 750mk2 Aux Return Cut Out
Hi,
When I plug my phone in as a USB into aux send/return and hit the blue on switch it plays content from my phone but it stops after 6 mins as if I have hit the blue on/off switch to switch it off. Also, sometimes (not all the time) the USB green light disapears as if the phone has been disconnected. It keeps doing this everytime I reset it by uplugging my phone and then plugging back in and going through the whole process again. It could be any content, I have tried various like Soundcloud, Youtube, Apple Music. Please advise?

Are you using an official Apple cable?
Do you possibly have iOS 13 installed on your device?

Yes I do. Magically though it now seems to be fine, been playing continuous mixes through it all day while working from home and all is good. Very strange.
Is iOS 13 known as problem ? I also have the problem that the rmx1000 app looses connection and after re connecting the iPad it works again. Sometimes when playing with the internal soundcard of the mixer and djay Pro the mixer freezes. Also when recording with the djm Rec app and changing to I.e. Facebook the Record app looses Connection.
I have the same in the djm-rec app. Looses connection within two minutes. Im running iOS 13.3.
Pioneer sent me an update for the djm which solves the problem.
Im running 1.03 on my djm. Did you get a later version?
