xdj usb issue

so not a major problem for now but for some reason when i plug my USB in first time and load a song i have a file unsupported message and then when i eject and put usb back in rx2 only the main folders load and not my files synched to rekordbox and then finally on 3rd time i can plug usb in with no issue.

this happens consistently evan with different memory sticks.

why would this issue be occuring?
