My Pioneer Rx2 is having some issues.

So I recently purchaced my Pioneer Rx 2. I am having repeated problems with tracks not loading. I have 5 of the same 16 gb memorex flashdrives and each one has a problem with not loading tracks and when a track doesnt load the whole system freezes and it wont let me take out my usb safely or stop a recording. I have to reboot the mixer. I have had 2 flashdrives completely stop being able to be read. I also have problems with skips in my recording. Ill record a mix and it'll just jump to a random part in the mix and I know for sure its not me because it is super random. My 1600 dollar mixer also wont sync a 150 bpm song to 75 bpm which mean is have to go through and half the bpm of every song. I have seen plenty of others complain about this same problem. So i am going to take advice you gave them. I bought a 60 dollar corsair flashdrive hoping that its just a flashdrive issue and not the 1600 mixer i just spent all savings on. So hopefully that fixes my recording glitch issues and my system just freezing up issue when a song doesnt load issue but i still dont know how to make my 1600$ mixer sync a 150.bpm song to a 75 bpm song

I'm going to start by saying a USB drive you can purchase in a 3-pack for $20 doesn't exactly scream "performance," and that doesn't instil confidence in them working as you would expect them to.

Please consider using a higher quality drive; I personally recommend the SanDisk Extreme Pro USB3 or the Corsair Voyager GTX USB3. They're both a bit pricier, but SUPER fast and very reliable.

Use pro media in pro gear for pro use, quite simple actually. Learn your gear, incl. the software. Following those rules, things just work. As a pro DJ, doing around 200 gigs/year on practically every modell of CDJ/XDJ out there since the first USB/RB series came out in 2009, I've never had a failure on a gig yet.

Problem 2. Mixing half/full beat songs together. I'd suggest learning to mix by ear, the most basic learning and this kind of situations will never be a problem. But until then, back to my first suggestion, learn the settings in RB, the software. Check the box as in the picture: Preferences->Advanced->4th tab->3rd Row->Second line ''Allow BEAT/BPM SYNC with dubbel/halv BPM.
