REV7 + Serato 3.0.11 : Two decimal points on BPM on jog wheel

I have since I got the REV7 only had one decimal point on the BPM Display on the jog wheels.  This update supposedly fixes that, but even after I installed it I only have one.  Is there a toggle I am missing or something?  I scoured the settings within Serato and the REV7 utility with no luck.  I have the latest firmware (1.03) and Setting Utility (1.0).
