Left Deck on XDJ-RX Isn't Scratching Anymore
While scratching on the left deck on Vinyl Jog Mode, the track starts playing mid-track like its on CD Mode. How can I get my console repaired? It's getting worse and making scratching impossible. I live in San Diego CA, can you refer me to a repair center.

I can't find any videos showing my issue exactly, but I believe the issue is called drifting. As I'm doing a scratch motion with my hands on the jog wheel, it will scratch at first, then the track just starts playing even though I'm still in the middle of a scratch, and sometimes when I release my hands the track just stops, even though I never pressed the stop button. It will stay stopped until I press a hot cue button. My console is not connected to a laptop, I'm using USB flash drives.
