Hi all, 

When I have the crossfader set all the way left, to the "A" side, I'm still hearing audio (although at a lower level) from the "B" channel. The crossfader assign switches are definitely set right. I've replaced the crossfader itself with two brand new replacements and am still having the same issue. I've done a factory reset, and the firmware is the latest version.  Also, when the crossfader is all the way to the "B" side I don't hear the "A" channel at all; so the problem only seems to go in one direction.  It also does not matter which channel I have set to A or B, the problem stays the same.  Any ideas?

Is this when using it as stand-alone, or when used with a computer?

Can you snap a photo of the fader assignment switches?
