[SOLVED] DDJ SX N won't stay on

[SOLVED] DDJ SX N won't stay on

Just bought the DDJ SX N and it worked great for 5 minutes. Sound played and everything. Then I started to job the wheels and for a few second the controller seemed to have frozen. Serato reports it cannot find the hardware. Upon turning the power on and off on the controller, it would just light up and then just dies back down.

I tested the power out of the power supply and it reports a good 5 volts. I unplugged all cable plugged into the controller and same issue. 

Tried different outlet and same issue. 

Any ideas before I return it?

@Seniloli > Nope, return it straight away. Definitely sounds like a hardware defect.
