Pioneer forces us to use Rekordbox, when it is clearly not ready!
From a company that is almost 100 years old, you'd think they wouldn't launch a product till it was properly tested in real world situations?!!
I bought a DDJ RR last week, and boy oh boy should I have spent more $$$ to get the Serrato boxes - Rekordbox is a joke really. BPM is not picked up properly, tempo sliders almost always miss the spot - and these are not niche features, its the core of the software, the basics!
OPEN UP SERRATO!

rekordbox really isn't a joke, it's serious, and many users are switching from Serato DJ, Traktor, and Virtual DJ to use rekordbox.
I'm sorry someone forced you to purchase the DDJ-RR instead of the DDJ-SR, which it sounds like you would have been happier with.
Return it and get a device that supports both?
Pioneer is pretty awesome about allowing the SeratoDJ enabled stuff work with Rekordbox as well.
