DDj SX3 Scratching not going forward

I just upgraded my firmware and now my platters are not responding how they supposed to respond. They scratch fine while the track is paused, but when i hit play the back motions works fine but the forward motion only goes very slow, i have to do a long forward motion to make it work but doesnt work all the time.

Need help getting this fixed, please!
