Does anyone know how to get jack plug to release from headphone.HDJ-2000MK2
My grandson was presented with a pair of the HDJ-2000MK2's after doing a set at BPM this year and the jackplug will not come out of the headphone connection socket. Any ideas on what could be wrong here?

@John > The mini-XLR on the headphone side has a small black "ball" that you need to press in order to release the jack from the socket.
If the pair of headphones he received was from the booth stock, it's entirely possible that the team had glued the cable in place to prevent theft during the show (at least, that's what we do for the shows in the USA).
