1. Time mode options (direct/inverse) - requested in previous post

3b. ability to select the musical figures of the sequence when using the BEAT EFFECTS arrows (e.g. 1/4, 2, 1/2, 1/8,1, 2 instead of the default sequence ...1/8, 1/4, 3/4, 1/2, 1...)
