both tracks playing through channel 1

I have connected my laptop via USB to my XDJ-RX, all drivers are up to date.

The link seems fine and tracks are loading to deck 1 and 2. 

BUT the audio for both decks is only coming out of CH1. 

(no master or CH2 output)

any help would be great.
